1. Overview
CC-TDIL01 is a non-redundant IOTA terminal base dedicated to Honeywell C300 32-channel 24VDC sink digital input module CC-PDIL01. It acts as the physical wiring bridge between field discrete devices (limit switches, relay contacts, E-stop buttons, breakers) and the active DI electronic module. Equipped with multi-position configuration jumpers, users can select internal system 24VDC power or external field power for input loops. It retains all field wiring intact during hot-swap replacement of the upper IOM module, supports SOE event sequence recording matching CC-PDIL01, and adopts DIN rail rack installation for standard C300 control cabinets, widely used for safety interlock and equipment status signal termination in power, petrochemical and oil & gas DCS systems.
